Martine is a wedding designer whose enthusiasm for creating perfect nuptials is contagious to even the most unromantic skeptic. He also owns The House of Clarendon, a European Style Cakery.
“As a wedding planner, I love to help brides make their wedding day fantasies come true. Dream Weddings will show everyone how we make that happen,” says host Martine Cajas. “I think that people will be surprised at what’s available right here in Central Pennsylvania. You don’t have to go to New York to get an over the top wedding!”
Derek Lavon Dienner, Co-Producer, Director of Photography
Derek has a passion to capture motion and emotion through film. He is the owner of LavonFilms.com. Derek and his wife Ashley have been filming weddings together for the past 4 years, and Derek has been filming weddings for 8 years.
Tracy Schott, Director/Writer
Tracy works on a diverse group of projects, from producing an independent film for the Greater Reading Film Commission to managing high end photography projects to creating video biographies to developing a reality television show….and writing a children’s television show. She is happy to be on board with Dream Weddings.
Bradley Bass, Editor
Brad is the Editor for Dream Weddings and has been in the editing business for 14 years. He works on projects ranging from commercials to corporate identity, to training and other types of marketing efforts. As a drummer and music-lover, Brad has the most fun setting the mood for Dream Weddings through carefully selected music, trying to make each episode unique.
Aaron Dienner, Second Camera Operator
Aaron has been involved in the wedding cinematography business with Lavon Films for 3 years. He strives for excellence and continues to work hard to create cinematic wedding films that people love and enjoy through editing and filming. Aaron has been filming as a second camera operator for Dream Weddings and is very excited that Dream Weddings has been nominated for an emmy!
John Wagoner, Audio Mix
Let’s get the record straight. John Wagoner IS a “Big Deal.” Fine Living Lancaster Magazine is quoted saying, “To say John Wagoner has a vision is an understatement.” That vision… making gold records. Although he is yet to do so, it is only a matter of time.
Starting his musical career in high school, John W continued on to Greenville College, where he studied under Warren Pettit. There is where he honed his engineering/ producing chops by recording several records before even finishing his first semester- a real sign of the birth of a “Big Deal.”
Fast forward to 2010: after recording/ producing hundreds of albums (Angelo M, Lauren Winans, The Suns of Ivy); co-writing dozens of songs with other artists (The Mint, Stereo Deluxx, Adam Bell); composing tons of musical pieces for Film and TV (Giant, Penske, Belco); and mixing hundreds of Film and TV pieces, it is safe to say…John W Is a “Big Deal.”
Danielle Barr, Associate Producer
Danielle graduated with a Masters degree in Event Management from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia in 2007 and returned to Lancaster the same year. Since her return, Danielle has worked for local production companies coordinating a variety of local and national projects. Danielle is thrilled to be a member of the Dream Weddings Team.
Ashley Brownawell, Director of Marketing
Ashley recently graduated from YTI Career Institute with a degree in Business Management. Ashley’s main focus is marketing for Dream Weddings through social media; along with maintaining the website, Facebook, and Twitter. Ashley continually updates DreamWeddingsPa.com through blogs and vendor information, which has allowed her talent for graphic design to shine through. She has always had a passion for creativity and her position at Dream Weddings feels more like a hobby than a job. She is very happy to be a part of the team!
Jessica Haile, Director of Sales
Jessica graduated from the University of Richmond in 2006 and moved to Lancaster soon after. She has been working in event planning for the last 5 years. Jessica is the Sales Director for Dream Weddings, focusing on cultivating new relationships and business for the website, DreamWeddingsPA.com. She loves her job because it combines two of her biggest passions – wedding planning and promoting small businesses. She especially enjoys building relationships with the best wedding professionals in Central PA and working with the couples that are associated with Dream Weddings.
